• Early Harvest | Acidity 0.27% l Polyphenols 355: Our Early Harvest extra virgin olive oil, known in Greece as agoureleo, comes from the Kotsovolos Family Estate in Christianoupolis. Made from organically grown Koroneiki olives, this oil is crafted from olives handpicked early in the season while still green, giving it a bold, vibrant flavor. To preserve its exceptional quality and aroma, the olives are cold-pressed within hours of harvest. 

• Private Reserve | Acidity 0.30% l Polyphenols 415: Our Private Reserve extra virgin olive oil is crafted by the Hinaris Family on their estate in Kyparissia, Greece, using 100% native Koroneiki olives. Staying true to tradition, the olives are handpicked to avoid bruising and protect their natural quality. They’re then cold-pressed within hours of harvest, ensuring exceptional freshness, a smooth, balanced flavor, and remarkably low acidity.
