Rosewater is Mediterranean staple that adds a fragrant aroma and delicate flavor to desserts, pastries, and more. This all natural Lebanese Rosewater is produced using traditional water distillation methods that have been passed down for generations. Petals of the Damask Rose variety are carefully handpicked at dawn to preserve their delicate perfume. It’s then combined with water and heated at very low temperatures. The steam is collected, yielding the essence of the rose in a bottle.
